Joseph Michaels International is partnering with a Central NY manufacturer to recruit a Senior Electrical Engineer. This role offers a hybrid work schedule with 1-2 remote days per week and a pathway into leadership opportunities within a hands-on engineering environment.

You will own embedded electronic controls from concept to production, collaboratively develop across product lifecycles, and contribute to design reviews and testing in a vertically integrated setting that values innovation and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering required.
• 5+ years of experience in electrical design and development.
• Strong knowledge of analog/digital circuit design, microcontrollers, and component-level troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Design, test, and improve embedded electronic controls.
• Collaborate on new product development from concept through production.
• Create and review electrical schematics (Altium or OrCAD preferred).
• Evaluate test plans, perform peer reviews, and ensure product reliability.
• Lead troubleshooting to the component level for production and service support.
• Participate in cross-functional project management and continuous improvement initiatives.
