Job summary

AECOM is seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer to be based in Atlanta, GA. You will lead multi-disciplinary teams and manage complex power systems design for commercial, government and institutional facilities, up to 15 kV and 480V, with a strong emphasis on quality and schedule adherence.

The role requires 15+ years of relevant experience, PE certification, US citizenship, and ability to travel; you will mentor junior engineers and drive project outcomes with autonomy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical engineering or a related field.
• PE certification is required.
• 15+ years of relevant experience in buildings and facilities engineering.

Responsibilities

• Works with multidisciplinary teams across civil, structural, and mechanical engineers.
• Leads and mentors junior engineers and enhances team capabilities.
• Presents complex technical solutions to clients and stakeholders.
• Ensures quality control and adherence to budget and schedule on projects.
