Senior Electrical Engineer (Permanent Hybrid Position)

Permanent hybrid position for a Senior Electrical Engineer to supervise and conduct all phases of electrical design and construction of various facilities; position is with an established but growing Philadelphia area MEP consulting engineering firm.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and conduct all phases of electrical design and construction of various facilities.
• Ensure design and production are completed within project budgets and schedules.
• Lead the design, documentation, and completion of lighting, power and signal calculations.
• Collaborate with project team, clients, and contractors to develop project documentation details and coordination.
• Complete reports, specifications and code research to establish design criteria for projects.
• Perform and supervise construction administration tasks.
• Produce effective proposals and make presentations.
• Stay abreast of state‑of‑the‑art design through seminars and continuing education.
• Participate in QA/QC reviews and company‑wide standards.
• Work with and mentor junior staff.

Qualifications:

• Electrical engineering degree with 10+ years of electrical design experience.
• PE license.
• Knowledge of current electrical codes and practices.
