Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional engineering experience.
• Strong first-principles understanding of analog and digital circuit design and analysis.
• Expert electrical design using Altium Designer.
• Strong programming skills in Python or C++.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.
• Experience with high-voltage vehicle electrical systems and HV safety.
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Own hardware components and systems such as HV/ LV systems, HV batteries, embedded systems, PCBs and harnesses.
• Own product lifecycle from requirements to deployment and customer delivery.
• Collaborate with manufacturing, mechanical, software and product engineers on new solutions.
• Engage with vendors to deliver solutions under tight deadlines.
• Set milestones, roadmaps, and ensure timely delivery.
• Recruit, mentor, and build a world-class engineering team.
