Foundation is building the future of humanoid robotics in San Francisco, seeking an senior electrical engineer to own the electrical architecture powering subsystems from compute to power, sensing, and safety.

You'll lead design through prototyping, validation, and production, balancing performance, reliability, manufacturability, and cost while collaborating with AI, software, mechanical, and embedded teams.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in power electronics, compute hardware, or related areas.
• Strong background in embedded systems and real-time architectures for robotics.
• Familiarity with PCIe, Ethernet, CAN and interfaces for AI and sensor data processing.

Responsibilities

• Own the design and development of complex electrical systems from concept through prototyping, validation, and production.
• Collaborate with AI, software, mechanical, manufacturing, and embedded teams to deliver tightly integrated hardware.
