Qualifications

• Requires a BSEE or equivalent degree with over 8 years of experience in system-level product development, specifically within server or storage systems.
• Proficient in high-speed signal design, simulation tools like Cadence and Ansys, and hands-on lab equipment usage.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design of complex electronics projects across the entire lifecycle from EVT to production for server and storage platforms.
• Provide technical guidance to engineers and drive the organization toward successful product launches through structured problem-solving and collaboration.
