Job summary

Dewberry is seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer in Nashville, TN, to lead electrical design for healthcare projects and mentor a team of design professionals. You will oversee technical guidance, code compliance, and coordination with architecture, MEP, and other disciplines to deliver comprehensive building systems.

The role reports to the Electrical Discipline Manager and emphasizes quality, budget adherence, and client satisfaction across private, public, and federal projects.

Qualifications

• Licensed Professional Engineer or ability to obtain licensure within six months.
• Progressive 8+ years in electrical design for healthcare and commercial projects.
• Experience leading multiple projects with on-time, on-budget delivery.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical guidance and quality oversight for electrical design.
• Mentor design staff and develop team capabilities.
• Establish standards and specifications for electrical discipline.
• Act as Engineer of Record and coordinate with other disciplines.
