Job summary

Thermon, based in Austin, TX, seeks a Senior Electrical Engineer with deep expertise in full-stack PCB design for R&D Controls and Accessories. You will own the hardware arc from architecture to manufacturing, delivering rugged controllers for hazardous environments.

You will collaborate with embedded teams, drive certifications, and mentor a small team. Candidates bring 7–15 years of production electronics experience and mastery of Altium, SPICE tools, and high-voltage design principles.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or closely related field.
• 7–15 years of hands-on electronics hardware experience.
• Proficiency in Altium Designer for full schematic capture and PCB layout.

Responsibilities

• Design isolated and non-isolated signal conditioning for industrial Hz.
• Own complete PCB designs in Altium from schematic to layout with HV creepage/clearance.
• Bring-up and debug from first power-on to full functional verification.
• Design validation tests and document procedures end-to-end.
