Bridgestone Americas, Inc. in Muscatine, IA seeks a Lead Electrical Engineer to provide engineering services and support for commercial dealer systems operations, including evaluation, design, supervision, upgrading and installation of equipment, controls, power distribution and process systems.

The role requires extensive experience in electrical controls, project management, and mentoring. Occasional travel and extended hours may be required to meet project goals within a global automotive

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of related engineering experience with a bachelor’s degree.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally up to 15%.
• Willingness to work extended hours as needed.

Responsabilités

• Engineering design, development, installation and support.
• Develop and install new machine control and power systems for global dealer systems equipment.
• Manage major projects with cost, schedule and functionality goals.
• Coach/mentor other engineers and technicians.
• Collaborate with Marketing, IT, Finance, and Production Control.
