Qualifications

• BS degree in Electrical Engineering from an accredited program.
• Experience with heavy industrial electrical systems and municipal infrastructure upgrades.
• Ability to interpret electrical single-line diagrams, schematics, and specs.
• Proficiency in construction administration workflows (submittals, RFIs, change orders).
• Strong technical writing and daily field reporting experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform on-site inspections of electrical installations, including power distribution units, conduits, and grounding infrastructure.
• Oversee removal and replacement of pumps, motor drives, and related equipment.
• Inspect temporary pump-around configurations to safeguard operations during renovations.
• Review field installations against contract drawings and specs to identify deviations.
• Process submittals, RFIs, change orders, and project correspondence.
• Compile detailed Daily Construction Reports with workforce, progress, testing, and safety metrics.
• Administer electrical sustainability requirements per municipal regulations and contract provisions.
