Job summary

PERC Water Asset Management is seeking a Field Engineer to oversee daily on-site activities for water recycling facility upgrades and new projects. You will coordinate meetings, supervise subcontractors, assist with estimates and design reports, and ensure regulatory permits are obtained while maintaining safety on site.

Role requires hands-on experience in construction settings, strong communication skills, and the ability to work with various teams and regulators. Travel to sites is required.

Qualifications

• Microsoft Word, Excel, Project, PowerPoint & Outlook proficiency.
• Excellent teamwork and communication for effective interaction with PERC Water personnel.
• Strong knowledge or background in heavy mechanical, piping and concrete.
• Good organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks to completion.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate progress meetings and communication with owner.
• Coordinate inspections and weekly subcontractor meetings; provide technical support to Design/Build projects.
• Assist in the development of Customized Design Reports (CDRs).
• Interact with regulatory agencies and assist in obtaining project permits.
• Supervise project activities and subcontractors.
• Oversee storage of materials and equipment; maintain project schedules.
• Assist with estimates and budgets for projects; support safety programs.
