Job summary

The Electrical Engineer at Eppstein Uhen Architects will lead electrical planning, design, and construction document production for multiple projects in the Atlanta area, reporting to the Director of Engineering.

Candidates should have a B.S. in Electrical Engineering, at least five years of facility design experience, proficiency with Revit and electrical software, and strong communication skills. Occasional travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from an accredited institution.
• Minimum five years of facility design experience.
• Proficiency in Revit, Microsoft Office and specialized electrical engineering software (SKM, Easy Power, ElumTools).

Responsibilities

• Electrical planning, designing and construction document production for multiple projects.
• Energy and lighting analysis, cost/benefit analysis, and existing system assessments.
• Lead electrical design from concept to completion for commercial buildings.
• Travel may be required and some after-hours work could be needed.
