Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering required.
• Minimum of seven years of progressive experience in electrical engineering system design and commissioning.
• Strong background in 480V electrical systems and motor controls.
• Experience with variable frequency drives (VFDs), medium-voltage switchgear, and power distribution systems.
• Solid knowledge of power industry standards and practices.
• Professional Engineer (PE) designation required.

Responsibilities

• Lead electrical design efforts for facilities expansion and maintenance capital projects.
• Oversee third-party engineering firms to ensure designs meet budgets and schedules.
• Review and approve electrical deliverables, drawings, and technical reports.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain to procure materials.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, environmental, health, and safety requirements.
• Provide support to construction teams and advance business initiatives.
