Role: Senior Electrical Engineer with project experience in U.S. Federal Agencies.

Location: USA Remote (domestic travel up to 35%).

Role Description

Support the Places Design & Engineering group by leading electrical design for federal facilities, collaborating across disciplines, and managing multiple projects through all phases.

Responsibilities

• Lead design teams, mentor junior staff, and develop construction-ready packages.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, building codes, and federal standards such as UFC and UFGS.
• Develop budgets, proposals, schedules, and staffing plans; pursue new federal projects.
• Utilize design software including Revit, BIM, AutoCAD, and SpecsIntact.
• Conduct site surveys and collaborate with clients on federal projects.
• Design various facility types, including industrial, commercial, and data centers.

Qualifications & Experience

• U.S. citizenship required.
• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering with 10-15 years of relevant experience.
• Extensive experience with IFC packages for federal facilities.
• Professional Engineering Licensure in the U.S.; multiple state licenses preferred.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build client relationships.
