Position Overview

Arcadis, a global leader in sustainable design, engineering, and consultancy, is seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer with extensive experience in federal agency facility design. This remote role requires 35% domestic travel within the USA.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead electrical design teams, mentor junior staff, and develop construction-ready design packages.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, building codes, and federal standards such as UFC and UFGS.
• Develop project budgets, proposals, schedules, and staffing plans; build relationships with federal agencies.
• Utilize software like Revit, BIM, AutoCAD, and others for design and modeling tasks.
• Conduct site surveys, data collection, and collaborate with clients on various facility types.

Qualifications & Experience

• U.S. citizenship is required.
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering with 10-15 years of relevant experience.
• Proven experience producing IFC design packages for federal facilities.
• Professional Engineering Licensure in the U.S.; multiple state licenses preferred.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build positive relationships.
