Job summary

Black & Veatch seeks a Senior Electrical Engineer to lead technical teams on complex projects within a hybrid work model. You will develop advanced engineering solutions and supervise staff across multi-discipline efforts, ensuring quality and safety across LNG, power distribution, and industrial facilities.

The role demands a PE license, 11+ years of related experience, and strong collaboration with clients and internal teams to deliver reliable electrical systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering and 11+ years related work experience.
• Professional Engineer (PE) licensed in the state of primary residence, or other states as required.
• Experience with ETAP or SKM Electrical system analysis modeling software.
• Experience with industrial power distribution system designs including MV and LV switchgear, MCCs, VFDs, transformers and UPS.

Responsibilities

• Guides department design guides, standards, and systems; ensures compliance with BV quality program.
• Develops and applies advanced engineering concepts for complex problems.
• Oversees complex engineering deliverables and budgets/schedules.
• Mentors lower level staff and coordinates multi-discipline activities.
