Job summary

Qualifications

• 10+ years of professional experience in Electrical Engineering.
• Background primarily in Utility / Power projects.
• Active PE license required or ability to gain licensure within 1 year.
• At least 10 years of engineering design and/or consulting experience.
• Experience with proposal development and project execution planning.

Responsibilities

• Engage with clients and develop relationships for project opportunities.
• Deliver innovative solutions to provide value to clients.
• Mentor and develop junior technical staff.
• Travel as required to support project needs, typically less than 25%.
• Work hybrid at least 2 days per week in the office.
