Job summary

Andrews Cooper is seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer to deliver innovative solutions in the HardTech sector. The ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of hands-on experience and a B.S. in Electrical Engineering. Responsibilities include authoring system specifications, designing complex PCBAs, and supporting system validation.

This role offers a competitive salary range of $104,000.00 - $175,000.00 based on experience and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, PTO, and a 401(k) retirement plan.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional hands-on experience in Electrical Engineering.
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
• Access to reliable transportation for work-related travel.

Responsibilities

• Author subsystem/system requirements, document design files, and support system validation.
• Design complex multi-layer PCBAs using Altium tools.
• Perform prototyping and bring-up of new designs.
