Job summary

Red Seal Recruiting Ltd. is seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer in Central NY to join a hands-on, collaborative team. The role offers a hybrid schedule with 1-2 remote days per week and a bonus structure tied to company performance.

You will lead embedded electronic controls development through concept to production, owning circuit design, prototyping, testing, and validation within a vertically integrated engineering environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
• 5+ years of experience in electrical design and development.
• Strong knowledge of analog/digital circuit design, microcontrollers, and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Design, test, and improve embedded electronic controls.
• Collaborate on new product development from concept through production.
• Create and review electrical schematics (Altium or OrCAD preferred).
• Evaluate test plans, perform peer reviews, and ensure product reliability.
• Lead troubleshooting to the component level for production and service support.
• Participate in cross-functional project management and continuous improvement initiatives.
