Job summary

You will mentor staff, manage multiple projects end-to-end, and nurture client relationships while contributing to proposals and contracts. Role requires PE licensure and extensive engineering experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architectural/Electrical Engineering with emphasis in electrical engineering for buildings.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license is required.
• Ten or more years of electrical engineering experience.
• Established track record of complete electrical system design for buildings.
• Experience with higher education, corporate/commercial and industrial facilities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead electrical planning, design, and construction document production on projects.
• Provide electrical technical leadership and ensure high-quality outputs.
• Mentor junior engineers and assist in recruiting and onboarding new team members.
• Maintain client relationships and assist in proposals and contracts.
