Job summary

PSI Pax, Inc. in San Francisco or Sacramento seeks a Supervising Electrical Engineer/Designer to lead projects as Engineer of Record. You will supervise staff, coordinate with clients and project teams, and drive design standards in critical facilities.

This senior role requires PE registration, 12+ years of project management experience and extensive CAD/REVIT proficiency. You will manage budgets, scheduling, and contracts while mentoring junior engineers and contributing to firmwide

Qualifications

• Current PE registration is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering.
• 12+ years of project management experience.
• 10+ years in a consulting firm in the MEP engineering field.
• 3 years of supervisory experience.
• Hands-on design with CAD/REVIT; strong technical leadership.

Responsibilities

• Act as Engineer of Record on dedicated projects.
• Lead and supervise engineering staff.
• Coordinate budgets, scheduling, and staff management.
• Prepare proposals and administer project contracts.
• Coordinate with accounting for invoicing and PM duties.
• Participate in firmwide Expert Teams committee.
• Develop design standards and criteria for projects.
