Job summary

Qualifications

• 8+ years of industry experience in building construction and design.
• Licensed Professional Engineer (PE).

Responsibilities

• Lead design and coordination on projects from kickoff to construction.
• Prepare schematics, system diagrams, and equipment selections.
• Review drawings and ensure compliance with standards.
• Produce site observation reports and attend design meetings.
• Mentor designers and support BIM staff.
• Organize project files and maintain documentation.
