Ridgemont Resources, Inc. is seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer to establish and lead our new Denver office, serving as the local contact for regional clients and guiding the growth of the electrical practice.

The role focuses on designing power distribution for industrial and semiconductor facilities, coordinating with process and mechanical teams, and building a team of engineers and designers as the office expands. The position is based in the Denver, CO area.

Qualifications

• Licensed Professional Engineer (Electrical) with Colorado registration or ability to obtain it.
• Experience leading electrical design for industrial, semiconductor, life sciences, or process-driven facilities.
• Desire to learn and grow into the new role.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the firm's local contact for clients in the region.
• Hire, mentor, and develop engineers and designers as the office grows.
• Work with other offices to staff and deliver projects.
• Design power distribution for industrial and critical facilities (low- and medium-voltage).
• Perform and review short circuit, coordination, and arc flash studies.
• Lead electrical design from basis of design through construction documents, construction administration, and startup.
• Coordinate with process, mechanical, and controls engineers on integrated facility designs.
• Review and seal drawings and calculations as Engineer of Record.
