Qualifications

• 5+ years of proven, hands-on experience in full-lifecycle hardware design.
• Strong understanding of high-speed digital design principles and analysis techniques.
• Ability to bring up, test, and debug new hardware using standard lab equipment.

Responsibilities

• Lead Full-Lifecycle PCB/CCA/PCBA Design for mission-critical hardware.
• Validate & Debug Complex Systems through rigorous simulations and prototyping.
• Develop & Execute detailed test strategies for hardware validation.
• Collaborate Cross-Functionally with Mechanical, Software, and Manufacturing teams.
• Research new technologies to innovate & improve hardware solutions.
