Job summary

L3Harris Technologies is seeking a Senior Specialist, Electrical Engineer in multiple locations including California to join a dynamic IPT team. You will design mixed-signal circuits, leverage Xilinx FPGAs, and develop memory interfaces while coordinating with Systems, Mechanical, Software, and Firmware engineers to meet program milestones.

Required are a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering and 6+ years of relevant experience or 4+ years with a graduate degree, plus an active TS/SCI

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering; 6+ years of related experience (or 4 years with graduate degree).
• Active TS/SCI clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Perform CCA design of mixed-signal circuits (A/D, D/A, processors, I/O).
• Design high-speed memory interfaces (DDRx).
• Work with FPGA, CPLD, memory, and processor components.
• Collaborate with IPT across Systems, Mechanical, Software, Firmware, and Electrical Engineers.
• Meet project cost and schedule milestones and support customer reviews.
