Job summary

NPAworldwide is seeking a Lead Electrical Design Engineer to head the electrical design for large-scale hyperscale data centers. You will coordinate engineering teams and field personnel to deliver projects on scope, budget, and schedule.

Responsibilities include assessing design risks, reviewing technical deliverables, mentoring junior staff, and direct coordination with clients on-site. The role demands a BS in engineering, 11+ years of related experience, and hands-on experience with 40 MW

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering and 11+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience with hyperscale data centers of 40 MW+ and on-site work five days a week.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, BIM; PE license preferred or in progress.

Candidates should be proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and BIM; a PE license is preferred or actively being pursued, along with strong communication skills and the ability to work on-site five days per week.
