Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• 3+ years of engineering experience in related industry.
• Experience with electronics compliance, hardware design, or engineering document control.
• Knowledge of industrial batteries, battery chargers, or fleet management products.
• Experience with hardware design, testing and validation, firmware, or mechanical systems.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work across multiple departments.
• Ability to lead and influence technical and non-technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Support production teams by resolving manufacturing, quality, and supply chain challenges.
• Provide technical guidance for pre-sale and customer application questions.
• Investigate product issues and develop solutions to improve reliability and reduce warranty costs.
• Manage compliance projects involving CE, UL, and California Energy Commission standards.
• Oversee engineering documentation, ECNs, product releases, and MRP system updates.
• Create and improve engineering processes related to testing, validation, safety, and compliance.
• Develop product specifications and participate in design reviews and product testing.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across North America and globally.
• Travel approximately 1-2 times per month.
