Job summary

ANDRITZ is seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer in Arlington, TX to organize and maintain electrical documentation for capital and aftermarket projects. You will design and support installation, commissioning, and operations training of sludge treatment systems and process controls equipment for wastewater and food processing plants.

The role requires interpreting customer specs, producing BOMs and drawings, and coordinating with customers and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering with 3–5 years of related experience.
• Experience with control systems for process equipment.
• Ability to read P&ID drawings.
• On-site start-up and commissioning experience.
• Strong documentation and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Interpret customer specifications and translate into electrical drawings.
• Design control systems including MCCs, PLC and HMI panels.
• Perform on-site start up, FAT/SAT, and customer training.
• Generate reports on site activities and issues daily.
• Coordinate with project management and other disciplines.
