Responsibilities include managing projects, collaborating with clients, and mentoring staff. A bachelor's degree in electrical engineering and 16+ years of experience are required. The role offers a competitive salary range of $100,000 to $180,000.

Qualifications

• 16+ years of relevant progressive experience including experience as Lead Engineer/Project Manager.
• LEED BD+C certification preferred.
• Ability to obtain government TS/SCI clearance may be required.

Responsibilities

• Manage project budgets and develop fee proposals.
• Lead medium to large projects and mentor younger engineers.
• Communicate effectively with clients and project teams.

Skills

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills

Proficient in ETAP or SKM

Proficiency in Revit

Education

Bachelor's degree in electrical or architectural engineering from an ABET-accredited program
