Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in analog, digital, and RF circuit design.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting, analysis, and test.
• Hands-on experience with oscilloscopes, DMMs, network analyzers, and power meters.
• Experience with schematic capture tools and interpreting complex schematics.
• Familiarity with IDEs and debugging tools for software/hardware interaction.
• Strong communication to present technical information clearly.
• Proven ability to lead or influence technical efforts in a multidisciplinary team.
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities to meet deadlines.
• Experience succeeding in collaborative team environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide design and engineering support for CNS sustainment products and new development.
• Design, analyze, and optimize analog, digital, and RF circuits for avionics.
• Collaborate with power, digital, mechanical, systems, and manufacturing teams.
• Perform schematic capture, PWB layout coordination, and design docs.
• Support transitions to production with hands-on troubleshooting.
• Contribute to design reviews and technical decision-making across the lifecycle.
