Job summary

DeBra-Kuempel, a leading MEP and electrical contractor, seeks a Senior Electrical Engineer in Cincinnati, OH. You will develop electrical system solutions, partner with PMs and estimators, and lead technical efforts on projects across power distribution, building controls, lighting, and infrastructure upgrades.

You will mentor junior engineers, maintain knowledge of codes, and travel locally as required to support field sites and Columbus office collaboration.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of electrical engineering experience.
• Professional Engineer (P.E.) licensure in OH, KY, IN or reciprocity.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering required.
• Experience with CAD tools like Revit and AutoCAD.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate information and analyze problems to develop effective solutions.
• Serve as SME technical resource for electrical design, retrofits, and replacements.
• Conduct field audits of electrical equipment and document findings.
• Prepare engineered drawings, equipment selections, and reports.
