Job summary

DeBra-Kuempel in Dayton, OH is seeking a Project Manager to lead planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution for our construction and MEP projects. You will manage field coordination, safety, and document control to ensure successful project delivery.

The role requires strong communication, financial acumen, and the ability to resolve issues with subcontractors and design teams. This is a full-time position based in Dayton, OH.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Understanding of construction accounting practices is preferred.
• Strong communication and coordination with field personnel.

Responsibilities

• Lead project planning and coordination from inception to completion.
• Review contract and bid documents and ensure proper turnover. Attend walk-throughs.
• Maintain project document control including insurance, bonding, permits, submittals, RFIs, change orders, correspondence.
• Coordinate with owners, contractors, and design professionals to resolve issues.
• Develop and monitor project budgets and cost tracking reports.
• Ensure compliance with building and safety codes and regulations.
• Select subs and equipment suppliers with input from teams.
• Prepare schedules and ensure on-time delivery and resource planning.
