Anduril Industries is seeking a Staff Electrical Engineer for the Advanced Targeting System program. You will own the electrical architecture end-to-end and drive a roadmap from prototype to production for a soldier-portable counter-UAS platform.

You'll build and lead a multidisciplinary team (EE, ME, SW), coordinate with manufacturing and supply chain, and develop rigorous test and qualification plans to ensure a scalable, ruggedized design for field deployment.

Formación

• B.S. or higher in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• 8+ years of professional electrical engineering experience with design ownership on complex electromechanical systems.
• Demonstrated experience leading multi-disciplinary engineering teams to rapidly iterate hardware.
• Experience taking hardware from bench prototype through ruggedization to early manufacturing.
• Familiarity with actuator dynamics, drive electronics and control systems.
• Breadth across EE subsystems including electro-optical/IR sensors, power/compute boards, and control systems.
• Ability to author and execute pragmatic test plans and adapt based on data.
• Self-starter mentality with initiative and minimal oversight.
• U.S. Person status is required for export-controlled data.

• Build a technical roadmap from prototype to production.
• Help hire and lead a multidisciplinary engineering team (EE, ME, SW).
• Drive design and integration of EE subsystems including sensors and power/compute boards.
• Establish and execute test plans for EE subsystems.
• Ruggedize, qualify, and certify the integrated prototype.
• Transition the validated design into early production with manufacturing collaboration.
• Communicate program status to executive/CEO-level stakeholders.
