Job summary

L3Harris Technologies in Waco, TX seeks a Senior Associate, Electrical Engineer to lead electrical design for aircraft systems integration, avionics upgrades, and power distribution. You will plan and execute tests in lab and on aircraft, and support ongoing modifications.

Qualifications: Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering with 2+ years experience (or Graduate Degree with 0–2 years; or 6 years in lieu of a degree). Ability to obtain DoD clearance and work onsite is required.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent field and a minimum of 2 years of prior related experience.
Graduate Degree and a minimum of 0-2 years of prior related experience.
In lieu of a degree, minimum of 6 years of prior related experience.
Experience in the integration of systems involving wiring and signal interfaces.
Experience in at least one electrical CAD tool, such as Visual Engineer, AutoCAD Electrical, Capital Harness.

Responsibilities

Design electrical systems for aircraft integration, including avionics upgrades and power distribution.
Plan and verify electrical tests in lab and on aircraft; troubleshoot interfaces.
Support ongoing aircraft modifications and test activities; travel as needed.
