Job summary

Engtal is partnering with an early-stage space technology company developing next-generation hardware for spacecraft and space-based applications. They seek an Electrical Engineer with end-to-end ownership of PCB development, taking electronics from requirements to manufactured, tested hardware.

You will own the full PCB lifecycle, perform schematic capture, component selection, layout, and board bring-up, working directly with manufacturers to fabricate and assemble boards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering or a related discipline.
• Strong hands-on experience developing PCBs from scratch.
• Experience with schematic capture, component selection and PCB layout.
• Experience within spacecraft, aerospace, defense, robotics or other complex hardware systems would be highly valuable.

I’m partnering with an early-stage space technology company developing next-generation hardware for spacecraft and space-based applications.

They’re looking for an Electrical Engineer who wants genuine end-to-end ownership of PCB development. Rather than owning one small portion of a larger design, you’ll be responsible for taking electronics from initial requirements and concepts all the way through to manufactured, tested, working hardware.

Despite being an early-stage company, the team has already gained significant traction within the space and defense ecosystem, securing multiple DoD contracts.
