Base pay range

$117,400.00/yr - $153,400.00/yr

About The Position

We are searching for a Senior Electrical Engineer to join our growing Professional Design Services team. This position can be based in any of the following Pond offices: Atlanta, GA; Augusta, GA; Savannah, GA; Jacksonville, FL; Tampa, FL; Port Orange, FL; Columbia, SC; Charlotte, NC; Huntsville, AL; Mobile, AL; New Orleans, LA, or as a remote employee. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience in MEP design engineering and a passion for growth, collaboration, and innovation. In this role, you will lead the design and analysis of electrical systems, mentor junior and mid-level MEP engineering professionals, and support proposal efforts. Your projects will span multiple markets and geographies, offering opportunities to broaden your knowledge and deepen your skills in building systems design. We seek an independent self-starter capable of navigating through various design stages, from concept to construction documentation.

Experience and Qualifications

• BS in Electrical Engineering or Electrical Engineering Technology from an accredited college or university
• 10+ years of relevant MEP experience
• Proficiency with relevant software such as Revit, AutoCAD, and BIM
• Experience mentoring and training employees
• Experience leading projects, supporting proposals, and interfacing with clients
• PE license is a strong plus; EIT certification preferred, with plans to obtain PE license soon
• Ability to work well within a team, multi-task, maintain a positive attitude, and self-motivate to produce high-quality work
• Strong desire to learn and grow professionally
