CMTA, a Legence company, is seeking a Sr. Electrical Engineer with 10+ years of experience in Consulting Engineering. This candidate must have a strong and innovative technical background in Electrical Engineering. This position will work with a team of engineers and other consultants/design team members to design the electrical aspects of energy efficient buildings for various clients as well as complex infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate is a leader and is self-motivated individual who thrives on helping our team and clients be successful.

Work Schedule:Hybrid — 3 days in-office, 2 days remote
$135,000 - $220,000k (dependent on experience). This role is also eligible for an annual performance‑based bonus. Bonus eligibility and payout are determined by role, individual performance, and company performance, and are not guaranteed.

The position is responsible for designing the electrical systems, power distribution, lighting and lighting controls, emergency power, UPS, and renewable energy systems, for the purpose of bidding and construction for various projects.
