Job summary

TWG Engineering is seeking a Senior Engineering Manager – Electrical Distribution in Shorewood, IL to lead and mentor electrical distribution teams, oversee project delivery, and manage client relationships with ComEd and Exelon. The role blends leadership, technical oversight, and program management in a mostly remote setting with in-office needs.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
8+ years of electrical distribution engineering experience.
3+ years of engineering leadership or project management experience.
Experience supporting utility clients such as ComEd or Exelon companies.
Strong communication and client-facing skills.

Responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and manage engineers and designers supporting electrical distribution programs.
Oversee execution of overhead and underground distribution projects with scope, schedule, and budget.
Coordinate with utility stakeholders to ensure successful delivery and quality.
Engage with ComEd/Exelon stakeholders; manage client meetings and updates.
Provide technical oversight on 4kV–34.5kV distribution systems and standards.
