Job summary

TWG Engineering is seeking a Senior Engineering Manager – Electrical Distribution to lead engineering teams serving ComEd and other Exelon utilities. The role focuses on overhead and underground distribution, mentoring teams, and direct utility client interaction in a consulting setting.

The position is mostly remote with occasional in-office work in Illinois, including Wheaton or Shorewood. PE license is preferred and compensation is competitive.

• Strong technical understanding of overhead and underground distribution systems.

Senior Engineering Manager – Electrical Distribution

TWG Engineering | Wheaton or Shorewood, IL| Hybrid/Remote

TWG Engineering is growing, and we’re looking for a Senior Engineering Manager – Electrical Distribution to lead engineering teams supporting ComEd and other Exelon utility programs.

This role is ideal for a utility engineering leader with experience managing overhead and underground distribution projects, mentoring teams, and working directly with utility clients in a consulting environment. This position is mostly remote with occasional in-office responsibilities.

Good Faith Salary Range: The annual starting salary for this position is between $145,000 to $160,000 annually. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
