The position leads complex technical efforts, mentors junior staff, and drives cost and schedule performance for major projects, including coordination with external contractors and cross‑functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering or Licensed Professional Engineer (PE).
• Ability to analyze and interpret complex electrical and mechanical systems.
• 7+ years of professional engineering experience.
• PE license or advanced degree reduces required experience per notes.

Responsibilities

• Lead and perform assignments in specialized engineering areas with state‑of‑the‑art credentials.
• Lead projects requiring complex knowledge across multiple areas; may include field testing and peer reviews.
• Evaluate complex issues and recommend actions; review engineering design documents.
• Develop and lead projects with significant financial and operational impact; prepare documentation deliverables.
