Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience designing electrical, lighting, and fire alarm systems for commercial buildings.
• Experience in U.S.-based MEP consulting offices and coordination with architectural firms.
• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit.
• Knowledge of codes and construction documentation.

Responsibilities

• Design electrical power distribution, lighting, and fire alarm systems for commercial building projects.
• Develop, coordinate, and review electrical engineering drawings and construction documents.
• Perform QA/QC reviews to ensure accuracy and compliance with codes and project requirements.
• Collaborate with architects, mechanical engineers, and other design professionals on multidisciplinary MEP projects.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior electrical design staff.
• Assist with or lead electrical design project management activities, including schedules, coordination, and deliverables.
