Job summary

EXP is seeking a Senior Electrical Designer/Engineer to join the Milwaukee office. You will lead and mentor the electrical design team on Hospitality and Entertainment projects, delivering high-quality drawings, studies and reports.

Responsibilities include coordinating with project managers, conducting field verifications, reviewing cost estimates, and presenting findings to clients. A BS in Engineering and Revit MEP proficiency are required; travel locally.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in Hospitality, Entertainment, Healthcare, Life Sciences or building design.
• Engineering degree (BS Architectural Engineering or BS Electrical Engineering).
• Proficient in Revit MEP.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor design staff in technical and non-technical skills.
• QC own work and that of others (drawings, RFI answers, submittals).
• Collaborate with project manager to meet project budget and deliverables.
• Develop electrical work plans to meet schedule and budget.
• Present findings to clients and lead design meetings.
• Lead bid-phase meetings with contractors to review design details.
• Travel locally as required.
