Job summary

TYLin seeks an experienced Electrical Engineer to lead and support rail and transit infrastructure design in the United States. You will manage power distribution, lighting, and emergency power while coordinating with multidisciplinary teams and transit clients for successful project delivery.

The role requires a PE license and 5–10+ years of relevant experience, with strong AutoCAD/Revit skills; AGi32 lighting analysis and transit project exposure are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering required.
• Professional Engineer license required.
• 5–10+ years of relevant experience in electrical infrastructure design.
• Experience with NEC and applicable standards.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD and Revit; AGi32 experience for lighting calculations; transit project experience is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support electrical design for rail and transit infrastructure, including power distribution, station systems, lighting, emergency power, and facility modernization.
• Develop technical deliverables and calculations; produce construction drawings and specifications.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams and transit clients to ensure design integrity and compliance.
• Support field and construction activities, and assist with on-site problem solving.
• Mentor junior staff and contribute to project quality and technical growth.
