Job summary

Soho Square Solutions is seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer to design and develop electrical and electronic systems for new and existing products. You will create schematics and PCB layouts using Altium Designer, and lead cross-functional hardware development through all stages of the Product Development Process.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering and at least 6 years of experience in electrical/electronic product development, with strong proficiency in Altium Designer

Responsibilities

Job description

Design and develop electrical and electronic systems for new and existing products.

Create schematics, PCB layouts, and supporting documentation using Altium Designer.

Develop analog, digital, power, and mixed-signal circuit designs.

Perform system-level troubleshooting and root cause analysis on complex electrical and electronic issues.

Support product verification, validation, and qualification activities.

Evaluate design alternatives and make informed trade-offs between competing design topologies, cost, manufacturability, reliability, and performance.

Extend and enhance existing product platforms while maintaining compliance with applicable standards and requirements.

Lead electrical design efforts through all phases of the Product Development Process.

Required:

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related engineering discipline.

Minimum of 6 years of professional experience in electrical or electronic product development.

Advanced proficiency with Altium Designer for schematic capture and PCB design.

Strong experience in:
