Job summary

Schneider Electric seeks a Senior Engineer II in Mount Juliet, TN to design electrical power distribution systems, including protective relays, PLC controls, and power monitoring. You will produce one-lines, three-lines, control schematics, wiring diagrams, and physical layouts for 2.4–38kV equipment, serving ANSI/IEEE, UL, and North American markets.

You will collaborate with sales, quotation, and project teams, supporting customers and factory functions to deliver an outstanding experience.

Qualifications

• Translate customer requirements into electrical designs and deliverables (one-lines, three-lines, schematics, wiring diagrams, BOMs).
• Read and interpret engineering drawings and specs for medium voltage equipment.
• Work across office and manufacturing environments with internal/external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Generate and ensure technical quality of deliverables (drawings, BOMs, services).
• Ensure compliance with project objectives.
• Drive continuous improvement in design knowledge, efficiency, processes, quality, and service.
