Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from an ABET accredited program.
• Professional Engineer Registration in at least one state; ability to seek comity/reciprocity with other boards.
• Excellent oral and written English communication skills; highly organized; detail oriented.
• Mentor junior team members; able to plan resources, schedules and budgets.

Responsibilities

• Lead electrical design for facilities projects, coordinating with architectural, mechanical and structural teams.
• Manage design deliverables, budgets and schedules; ensure compliance with codes and standards.
• Mentor and develop engineering staff; foster client relationships and technical direction.
• Support LEED/Green Globes initiatives and high-performance building systems.
