Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical or computer engineering; 5+ years in hardware design
• Experience with industrial automation, laser systems, or additive manufacturing equipment
• Proven ability to drive hardware development end-to-end and collaborate across disciplines

Responsibilities

• Design electrical hardware, PCBs, and modifications to improve reliability and capabilities
• Create fabrication documentation for PCBs
• Own electronic hardware from development through production deployment
• Support system-level integration with mechanical, software, and controls teams
• Perform root-cause investigations and drive risk mitigation
