Job summary

RTX is hiring a Senior Electrical Engineer for our hybrid Aguadilla, PR site. You will design analog/digital hardware, develop PCB solutions, and lead system integration with mechanical and software teams.

Responsibilities include requirements capture, documentation, and manufacturing transition. You will contribute to programs requiring MIL-STD-461/DO-160 and ensure adherence to quality and schedule targets.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a STEM degree and multiple years of experience.
• Experience in analog and digital design, PCB design, and system integration.
• Ability to work in a cross-functional, hardware/software environment.
• Strong communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Research, design, and evaluate electronic hardware and systems.
• Develop PCB and system requirements; collaborate with mechanical and software teams.
• Prepare documentation of hardware/software for manufacturing and testing.
• Support system qualification and MIL-STD compliance activities.
• Provide technical input for risk, schedule, and cost estimates.
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to meet project objectives.
