Due to continued growth, we are seeking a positive, team-oriented, highly self-motivated Electrical Engineer with:

1. 6+ years’ experience in the Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing (MEP) industry - (Prior MEP experience required)
2. BSEE degree (required) and on track to become a registered Professional Engineer in the State of Texas
3. Ability to take personal responsibility for the quality and accuracy of work product
4. Some Revit experience (not required but a plus)
5. Proficiency in design and writing specifications
6. The ability to thrive in a team-oriented, casual environment
7. Strong communication and relationship-building skills
8. Excellent customer service skills with a passion for quality design work

This position offers the opportunity to design electrical systems for new construction and retrofit projects, coordinate with other disciplines, produce drawing markups and specifications for production staff, and act as the Lead Engineer for the electrical discipline on assigned projects. Responsibilities include reviewing designs and calculations for accuracy and quality, and assisting in managing project quality, schedule, and budget.
