Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; electrical certification preferred.
• 6+ years of experience in electrical and/or low-voltage/data systems.
• Working knowledge of electrical codes and structured cabling standards.
• Ability to read blueprints and technical diagrams.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and safety awareness.
• Valid state driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work independently or in a team.
• Clearances: Child Abuse Clearance; PA State Police and FBI clearances.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems including lighting, panels, circuits, and outlets.
• Maintain 120/208/277 volt 3-phase 4-wire systems; troubleshoot issues and perform repairs.
• Install and maintain data cabling (Cat5e/Cat6), patch panels, and network drops.
• Perform preventative maintenance and inspections to minimize downtime.
• Operate groundskeeping and facilities maintenance tasks and support other trades as needed.
